• Provide 1st level support to end users on desktop hardware and software.
• Perform troubleshooting on desktop problems, including research, testing and enquiry to vendor for problem resolution.
• Perform pre-defined daily operation routine to ensure the smooth operation of servers. For example: backup, status checking, maintenance routine.
• User profile administration
• Perform BSA compliance audit
• Interface with other maintenance vendors (eg. HP, Acer, Microsoft, etc) for problem reporting. Place service call and follow up until the problem is resolved.
• Perform IT project rollout including new PC purchase, receiving, move and change.
• Installation of new equipment: PC, printer etc;
• Relocation of equipment (eg: office move, setting up PC for meeting, etc)
• Swapping peripherals
